We highly recommend reserving your next appointment before leaving Ian McCabe Studio to ensure your service provider is available. While you can always give us a call to book your service we also do encourage you to request an appointment via our email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Effective May 22nd, 2018 credit card is required at the time you reserve your appointment.
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind. However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. Clients will generally be allowed up to 10 minute grace period. Please note that we do reserve the right to forgo your service or services booked.
We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for a date change or appointment cancellation. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 65% of reserved appointment(s). “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of service amount. Cancellation and no show fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
As a courtesy, we do text and email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not confirm through text and/or email, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check if you’re unsure of your appointment date and time.
All first time color and color correction clients are required to come in for a complimentary color consultation before booking the color service. Color consultations will give you the opportunity to discuss what services will be right for you. Our color team is devoted to understanding your desired outcome, informing you of the process and maintenance required and customizing your service length time and service steps needed for them to provide the best result possible.
Color correction appointments require signing Color Consent and Waiver Form as well as 50% deposit of the anticipated cost of the service.
