Elisa’s love for hair and making people feel beautiful was evident at an early age. At the age of ten, Elisa, started hosting ‘makeover parties’ in her hometown of Baltimore, Maryland and by high school, she had firmly established herself as the ’go to’ stylist of all of her friends and friends of friends. Her interests were equally shared between color and cutting and her resume reflects her razor sharp focus to hone her skills in both areas. She has trained at the Bumble and Bumble Academy, L’Oreal Academy, Vidal Sassoon Academy and, Wella Systems. Elisa believes that hair is an accessory you wear everyday, it should be easy, natural, and never ‘overdone’. She truly loves all aspects of hair and the idea of a start to finish approach with her clients. Elisa’s commitment to attention to detail and the collaborative process with her clients in both, color and cut, make her a truly exceptional talent.
Colorist and Stylist
Ashleah comes from a long line of barbers on her father's side and despite previous careers in writing and design, hair is ingrained in her DNA. Born in Georgia and raised in Maryland, Ashleah possesses Southern charm with an East Coast fashion sense. She believes the idea of "good hair" and "bad hair" is a myth, and hair is her canvas to paint, carve, and twirl upon. She enjoys the collaborative process with clients and exudes a quiet focus when bringing that vision to fruition. Ashleah worked as a Network Educator at Bumble & Bumble, trained at Vidal Sassoon, and was the first apprentice at the famed D.C. salon Immortal Beloved. It was while training with hairpainting pioneers Victoria Hunter and Larry Raspanti from Whittemore House in New York City that Ashleah learned about Ian McCabe. Upon connecting, Ashleah instantly fell in love with Ian's meticulous hair design and unique culture. A firm believer in fearlessness, she challenges herself outside of work through education and editorial pursuits.
Born and raised in the beautiful Virgin Islands, Adissa Greig grew up going to the salon in St. Thomas with her mother and found herself mesmerized by the artistry of the women working there. By high school, she knew she wanted to spend her life beautifying clients—helping them feel inspired and confident. In 2014, she graduated from the Aveda Institute, and today, Adissa is a member of Ian McCabe Studio’s color team at Union Market, where she brings beauty to life through the art of painting. Previously, she worked at Christophe Salon in Washington, D.C., and most recently, completed an intensive apprenticeship directly under Ian McCabe himself. When she’s not at the studio, you can probably catch her enjoying time outside – especially at the beach!
